Any beautiful vista gets my attention, but add a bright pop of color with flowers and I'm mesmerized.  This field of flowers is the first in a series of "wildflowers" paintings that I painted in the winter, to help coax spring along, at least in my mind!  Painting in bright colors brings me joy, and painting flowers gives me a sense that spring is right around the corner, any time of year.  This series is for anyone who needs to add a little bit of spring joy to their life on a daily basis!
