Whimsical rooster from the Bossy Bird line!  Meet Felicia!  She's a curious one!  She will talk (squawk?) your ear off if you let her!  She asks allll the questions and truly wants to know the details, but better answer fast, because she has a story for every story!  She will stare you down, and probably beat you at arm (wing) wrestling, but she has a soft side too.  She laughs easily, and will gladly share her best dinner spots with her friends.
